3.We’ll send you a preliminary mockup – we’ll share a rough effect sketch to align with your vision, ensuring every cute detail hits the mark;

4.Confirm & start crafting – once you approve the mockup, we’ll begin creating your custom piece and ship it directly to you after completion!

Under normal customs clearance, most of our packages are delivered within 7-15 days, with the majority arriving around 10 days.

Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.

When your order is shipped, our website will  send you an email automatically with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 6-10 days after your order.
As creating the video takes time, it wil be posted after your package has been shipped.
